The brief

Introduce a whole new community, from the city down to the doorstep.

Rona Village is a planned villa community in Erbil, and this is its project film: the piece that tells buyers where it is, why it is there and what living there will feel like.

It starts wide — a pin on the map, then Erbil from the air: the old city ringed around the citadel, the new towers rising, the highways leading out. Then it lands on the masterplan, says “Welcome to Rona Village,” and walks you inside: landscaped boulevards, fountains, and families on the lawn in front of their homes.
