The brief

Sell homes that are still being built.

Olive Garden is a villa community in Erbil, and buyers were being asked to commit while the site was still under construction. The film had to make that a strength, not a worry.

So it's shot right on the site. A presenter walks among the half-built villas and talks buyers through what matters — the share of green space, a 30-month timeline, and the quality of life the project is designed around. A reflection in his sunglasses turns the bare brick into finished homes, and the film cuts to the villas as they will look.
