About this system
Zaharat Tansy is a single system built for an air-conditioning company with multiple branches, serving two very different audiences at once. Customers browse without an account: an animated "about the company" home with hero sliders, a product catalog with live pricing and discount badges, current offers, and one-tap contact — no sign-up, no checkout, just a clean shop window. Staff sign in to a full role-based dashboard. Admin, HR, Finance and Worker each see exactly what they should. It covers inventory and stock per branch, sales and PDF invoicing, finance dashboards with a live profit-and-loss and revenue-over-time chart, an HR account-approval queue, and a request → approve → fulfil ordering flow that decrements stock automatically. The centrepiece is the worker profile — a living track record. Every job a worker completes (what they did, where, and which AC model was used) and every invoice they generate is automatically attached to them, alongside commission earned and a performance summary. Prices run in both USD and IQD, so the numbers always read the way the branch works.
