About this system
Codia RMS runs residence projects from top to bottom. It structures each project into blocks, towers and units; onboards residents with contracts; and tracks monthly fees, electricity ledgers and payments with a live financial dashboard (outstanding balances, arrears, revenue by month and block). A full service module handles maintenance requests across their lifecycle, a conduct system scores violations with tiers and service locks, and a notifications engine plus a lightweight CRM keep everyone in the loop. Every project is fully isolated, with role-based access for masters, super-admins and staff.
